I like Cuisinart pots and pans in general. I have a number of pieces that I have bought individually and use them all the time. When my daughter got her own apartment and needed pots and pans I bought her this set. It is a terrific deal. The only problem is that I don't think that the pots and pans in this set are as good or heavy as the ones I have purchased previously on an individual basis. I guess they had to do something to make this set so affordable. This product is poor performer in the cookware industry. The cooking surface has a "rough" texture which causes food to stick which is obviously a defeciency in the quality inspection. Furthermore, The handle had sharp edges which I needed to file down before using the pan. Overall, this product is cheap.
